Five years from now…
Your ambition won’t matter. Your actions will. Ambition is the first step to success.Action is second. Results remember execution.

I am a big fan of vision boards/videos. Why? Because they force you to articulate who you wish to become and what you desire to do... You can't hide from them :-) I made this one in 2019 - done it all now, so need to make a new one!
It’s Not Willpower
Today's quote from my book: “These patterns are frustrating not because we’re unaware of them, but because we often are aware but repeat them anyway. That’s because self-sabotage is rarely about willpower. It’s about subconscious programming.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 6, p. 94 This is where most people get it wrong. They think they need more discipline. More motivation. More force. But if sabotage were about willpower, you’d already be done. You know what to do. The issue isn’t knowledge. It’s wiring. Old beliefs. Old scripts. Old definitions of what’s safe. You don’t fix that by yelling at yourself. You fix it by becoming aware of the program and rewriting it through consistent action. That’s the work. Inside this community, we don’t just chase motivation. We rewire patterns. What’s one pattern you keep repeating even though you know better?

Yes, desire always trumps willpower, and motivation comes from action (not waiting)!

🌿 Moving Steady. Moving Aligned. 🔥
Not every journey is meant to last forever — but every journey teaches. There are seasons — and in every season, a time for everything. A time to build. A time to collaborate. A time to follow, stretch, and grow. And then there are moments of awareness — not disappointment, not bitterness — just clarity. If clarity could speak, it would say: Stay aligned. Stay grounded. Stay true to your values. Moving steady now means: No comparison. No striving for approval. No abandoning conviction for connection. For me, it’s about taking intentional, steady steps that reflect faith, integrity, and purpose. My guide is the Creator of all creation — the One who set the universe in motion and orders my steps with wisdom and peace. 📖 “To everything there is a season…” — Book of Ecclesiastes 3:1 This season is timeless I am evolving! Steady. Aligned. Faith-focused 🌈
