You probably don’t need to do more. You need to simplify. When you’re building something new, it’s easy to think every idea needs your attention. It doesn’t. Pick one goal. Focus on one problem. Create one clear next step. Repeat what’s working before adding something new. Simple may not feel exciting, but simple is a lot easier to execute. And execution is what creates progress.
