𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜. 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚. 👐

Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) I remember one time I was reading this book, “The Magic of Thinking Big,” and one of the chapters action steps were like this: 👇 - Stop complaining, even in your own head - Start broadcasting good news And I took action on it, and it changed my life forever… Let me tell you why, bro. The first benefit I got was simply less negative thoughts, before I took this action step, I was often focusing on negatives complaining like “Why do I have to work?” “Why is there no steak in the fridge, I hate this house.” When I stopped complaining like that aloud to family members, and even stopping it in my own head, of course the thoughts came up still but I redirected it to good news and stuff, my mind was such a more positive space. I even started to much more often get positive thoughts in my mind, automatically, it was just awesome. This proved as well to make me a lot more motivated to do the work and during the work. Before often when I was in the flow of doing my deep work on the business, sometimes, not always, negative thoughts would be flung at me automatically, and it was very distracting, it often lead to me task switching, thus sapping my productivity in the process. The second benefit I got was improved relationships. When you complain it is repelling to people, no one likes someone negative who is complaining all the time, and when I took the action of stopping complaining, I got a lot more respect from friends, family and etc of course. And every single time I started a conversation with a family member a friend or whatever with the words “I have good news…” Everybody loves that. And most of the time I would just say little stuff like, “Good news the dog’s & cat’s are fed.” lol. But that made me feel more grateful for the little things to, and it often made the other people I was broadcasting the good news to more grateful and happy as well so, win win.
