Hiring AI Developer with Azure experience
Our agency is currently taking off fast, and we need to get some dev help on ASAP. We have projects that are closed and ready to be taken on right away, and a bunch more coming in as we speak. Us: https://atomautomation.ai https://www.linkedin.com/in/joel-mcwilliam-119a5231b/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/johannes-laukart/ # Opportunity/Structure: - Project based at first ($6-15k projects rn, trending upwards fast), negotiable rev share - Likely transition into full-time if you’re good. Happy to pay a premium for A players. - We’re growing very fast, so there’s opportunity to take on more responsibilities as we expand the team. - We’re also likely going to build out a software platform over time, as we grow into the biggest AI company in the space; equity talk is not off the table. We’re both young (20 and 23), hungry guys, and building a lean and mean team to scale to 6mil usd next year together. Then we look onwards to the big Bs and total market domination. We’ve made great connections in the space that are going to pay off massively and are currently in talks with the executive team of the biggest licensing company in the space in Australia, executives of a 500 staff firm, and more. We’re extremely hyped for what’s to come and now need some killers to join us on the journey. # Project Details The solutions we build are mainly around handling meeting transcripts, generating, and extracting from compliance documents (Fact Finds, File Notes, Records of Advice, etc) and integrating with the client’s CRM and file storage (usually Sharepoint) to pull context and push updates, creating action items, etc. Importantly, our clients are handling sensitive financial and personal data, so you’ll be working with Australian financial data security/compliance requirements. # Requirements - be sharp, HUNGRY, move FAST and hate mediocrity. - can work independently to finish projects from design to deployment - be on top of production best practices for LLM projects, and using AI in your own workflows. - Experienced working in Azure (Functions, Logic Apps is good) - Python, JS/TS
HIRING: Python Dev for LLM Pipelines
TL;DR: Project based initially; advanced llm systems with dozens of prompts in the Australian financial planning industry. 👨‍💻 About Us My biz partner and I run a niche AI agency focused on Australian financial planning firms. I’ve been handling the development side alone, but now we need some more capacity and are looking for one or more developer to take on projects and potentially join the team. Our core system is a high-value document generation system that creates compliant, in-depth meeting reports (known as file notes) from multiple inputs (transcripts, documents, crm). These are essential for financial advisors—both legally required and time-intensive to produce. This is built custom for each client, and we build additional workflows around it. More details below. ⚠️ Core Requirements - Python experience with good OOP understanding (must) - HTTP experience - Good prompting skills and understanding of core and advanced techniques (techs can be taught quickly) - High standards for the quality of your work (must) If you’re hungry and learn fast, don’t hesistate to reach out even if you feel you might not be fully qualified. High agency means a lot to me. ➕ Bonus Skills - API development experience with FastAPI - Database experience with PostgreSQL (specifically Supabase!) - Automation tool experience (Make, n8n) - Full-stack experience with React, TS 💸 Compensation - Initial work is project-based, open to discussion regarding payment structure (fixed, rev share, etc). Potential for transition to part-time or full-time position. - Video testimonial on first successful project completion. We have a bunch of clients lined up and a good network we’re ready to engage once our dev capacity increases—so consistent project flow is expected. 🎓 Learnings Over the time we’ve spent building we’ve picked up a many of learnings on prompting, evals, pipeline building, etc that we will share and build upon together. ⚙️ Core Solution

Hey I'm Johannes from Germany and currently focussed on an LLM based application for document generation in the financial sector.

@Anaxareian Aia yes the inputs are a meeting transcript and a PDF with client data. Output is a "file note" document that documents the interaction with the client and justifies the advice given by the financial advisor. In Australia this file note has to be pretty detailed for compliance reasons.
How does this approach compare to Liam Ottley’s AI Automation approach?
While researching AI, I joined this Skool as well as Liam Ottley’s. To anyone who is also in both, I’m interested in how these two creators and Skools differ. On first glance it seems Ottley’s focuses on Chatbots and voice agents, while this Skool includes more hands on coding and machine learning. I’m also not high enough unlocked here to fully understand what the opportunity is. Can someone fill in some of the blanks for me?

yeah that seems pretty accurate, Liam is more no/low-code focussed, this community is much more technical, at least the discussion is.
Whats Yours Most Exciting AI project Right Now?
Hey Data Alchemy fam! 👋 I’m thrilled to finally hit Level 2 and have the opportunity to share and learn from all of you. This community has already been an incredible source of inspiration and knowledge for me. AI and Python have become such game-changers in every field, and I’m curious to know: What’s the most exciting AI-related project or idea you’re working on right now? Whether it’s a breakthrough in natural language processing, computer vision, or automating mundane tasks, I’d love to hear about it! 🧠💡 To kick things off, I’m currently diving into Daves content with the classroom videos Let’s keep the conversation flowing—feel free to drop a comment, ask questions, or share resources! Looking forward to collaborating and learning from this amazing community. 🌟

currently building an LLM based application for a financial planning biz that takes in client meeting transcripts and annotated PDFs and generates a file note/report that the company needs to create for compliance reasons. Pretty neat stuff, currently at 15+ prompts and counting 🤣
