HIRING: Python Dev for LLM Pipelines

👨‍💻 About Us

My biz partner and I run a niche AI agency focused on Australian financial planning firms. I’ve been handling the development side alone, but now we need some more capacity and are looking for one or more developer to take on projects and potentially join the team.

Our core system is a high-value document generation system that creates compliant, in-depth meeting reports (known as file notes) from multiple inputs (transcripts, documents, crm). These are essential for financial advisors—both legally required and time-intensive to produce. This is built custom for each client, and we build additional workflows around it. More details below.

Python experience with good OOP understanding (must)
HTTP experience
Good prompting skills and understanding of core and advanced techniques (techs can be taught quickly)
High standards for the quality of your work (must)

💸 Compensation

Initial work is project-based, open to discussion regarding payment structure (fixed, rev share, etc). Potential for transition to part-time or full-time position.

We have a bunch of clients lined up and a good network we’re ready to engage once our dev capacity increases—so consistent project flow is expected.

🎓 Learnings

Over the time we’ve spent building we’ve picked up a many of learnings on prompting, evals, pipeline building, etc that we will share and build upon together.

Our core file note/document generation system:

Extracts data from multiple sources (annotated financial documents, meeting transcripts, meeting notes, investment account reports)
Processes the data in high detail through a system of dozens of prompts
Generates in-depth reports/file notes with precision and consistency. Beats all other solutions currently on the market, as we build it custom to each client’s processes and our llm pipeline is very granular.
