Am I alone?
I recently have been studying more about what auto immune diseases can develop from an early hysterectomy. Did you know that when you have something removed, your body will spend the rest of your life trying to grow it back? Lol I don't know how a uterus will grow back, but I do know the mess it can cause in your system if you're not on top of your health. I for one, have gotten crazy symptoms as this has progressed, even though I am told I am not in perimenopause, my body seems to disagree.

I still have ovaries though, which makes me even more like loopy, because I get the cycle hormones sometimes, and other months I dont go through the phases, its like having PCOS with no cure lol. I refuse to think I have a thyroid issue. I will never take those pills even my mother who is a nurse told me never to get in thyroid medicine. Especially since I am forgetful and if you forget one day you can die.... sounds intense but her horror stories about patients are traumatic at best. Her stories from being over in Iraq haunt me sometimes.

This is a great idea for a community, I am 39, and I had a hysterectomy when I was 28 during childbirth, I passed twice from bleeding and they took a lot out just to make sure I was alive today. Honestly I have had a harsh 11 years, I still have my ovaries so my body has not gone into menopause yet. I think being able to uplift and speak about this subject will help me to heal the trauma I still feel from that event. Childbirth should be a time of joy, my last experience literally killed me and that the last memory I get to have of it. Weird how that works.

@Sera Gray HI! Nice to meet you, and thank you for sharing. I also have AuDHD lol and I did not know perimenopause makes it worst. I had a hysterectomy at 28 but they left my ovaries, I have had issues for the last 11 years tbh, but they don't call it nothing because I have my ovaries still. The doctors do not know anything about our bodies! Keep speaking up
Today's affirmation
"Menopause is a natural and powerful transition. My body knows what it’s doing, and I trust it. I am strong, capable, and entering a new phase of life with confidence and self-respect."

You just gotta let go of control and let the body do what the body is going to do. I hate that I can not control it, but I do feel like the release of control has not made it feel worst. I would hate to be trying all these supplements and it make my body react in a worse way. So no control it is! Lol
