Moving through menopause
Let's plan out half an hour a day for a week with my 7 day Gentle exercise guide to make us feel alive... lets go day 1!!!!! ๐ŸŒธ Move Through Menopause: A 7-Day Gentle Movement Guide Why Light Exercise Helps During menopause, hormonal shifts can bring changes like fatigue, mood swings, sleep issues, joint stiffness, and weight changes. The good news? Gentle, consistent movement can ease many of these symptoms. Light exercise helps by: โœจ Balancing hormones โ€“ movement reduces cortisol and supports estrogenโ€™s stabilizing effects. โœจ Boosting mood โ€“ even a short walk or stretch boosts endorphins and serotonin. โœจ Supporting bone & joint health โ€“ gentle resistance and weight-bearing help keep bones strong. โœจ Improving sleep โ€“ mindful exercise and breathing calm your nervous system. โœจ Regulating temperature & energy โ€“ movement supports circulation and reduces hot flashes. Each day includes: ๐ŸŒฟ 30 minutes of light exercise ๐Ÿ’จ A breathing focus ๐Ÿ’ฌ A gentle affirmation or reflection Youโ€™ll need: comfy clothes, a mat, water, and an open heart. --- ๐ŸŒผ Day 1: Ground & Glow Theme: Ease into movement 5 min: Slow breathing โ€” in for 4, out for 6. Feel your body soften. 10 min: Gentle walk or slow dance at home. Focus on posture and breathing. 10 min: Seated or standing stretches โ€“ roll shoulders, circle wrists, reach arms up. 5 min: Lay down, hands on belly, breathe deeply. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Affirmation: โ€œI am grounded, calm, and ready to care for myself.โ€

Am I alone?
I recently have been studying more about what auto immune diseases can develop from an early hysterectomy. Did you know that when you have something removed, your body will spend the rest of your life trying to grow it back? Lol I don't know how a uterus will grow back, but I do know the mess it can cause in your system if you're not on top of your health. I for one, have gotten crazy symptoms as this has progressed, even though I am told I am not in perimenopause, my body seems to disagree.
