Reusable demo
For those building systems for service-based firms, how are you structuring a reusable demo account for missed call text-back, intake/pre-qualification forms, document management automations, case pipelines, and nurture sequences? Are you creating one master snapshot and swapping triggers (numbers, calendars, tags, pipelines), or customizing per client? And where’s the best place to find solid, high-quality snapshots to study or model from?

@Zari Davis Hey! For stuff like this, most people do something like: 1. Create one master demo account with all the forms, automations, pipelines, and nurture sequences set up. 2. Swap out client-specific stuff each time, like phone numbers, calendars, tags, and pipelines, so it’s reusable but still personalized. 3. For studying snapshots, look in GHL’s marketplace, community groups, or other agency owners who share templates. That’s usually the fastest way to see real-world setups and get ideas without reinventing everything. Basically, build once, tweak per client, and keep improving your master setup as you learn.
Database Reactivation
Hello Austin! I have a quick technical question, I think i asked about it but I cant find it anywhere. If I want to do the pure performance based service, pay per scheduled appointments, I should: 1. Set up them new GHL sub-account 2. Shall I give them access to the lead and booking section? (of course not to the workflow for them to not copy it). 3. Get the list and run in this sub-account and hook it up with their calendar so they have bookings coming to their account? Is this the way would you do it?

@Martha Su Hey! Yeah, that approach makes sense. If you’re doing a performance-based setup (pay per booked appointment), a clean way to do it is: 1. Set up a new GHL sub-account for that client. 2. Give them access to leads and bookings only, no workflows, so your system isn’t copied. 3. Upload their contact list into that sub-account and connect it to their calendar so appointments go straight to them. Basically, you keep the tracking and booking separate, protect your workflows, and make sure they get their booked appointments automatically.
Unsubscribe Link in Emails
I used the plain text editor to create some email templates that I'm inserting into an email campaign workflow. How do I add an unsubscribe link at the bottom that actually works and doesn't give me this error:

@Sarah St John Ah yeah, this happens a lot with the plain text editor. In GHL, you can’t just type a random link, you need to use the system merge field so it actually works. At the bottom of your email, just add: {{ unsubscribe_url }} When the email goes out, GHL automatically replaces that with a working unsubscribe link for each contact. That should stop the errors and make it compliant.

Saw something over a year ago about A.I. Personalized Voicemail Drops. Is that real? Any update on that? would love to use that for my biz rn! Lmk thanks

@Josh Boswell Yeah, it’s real, Basically, there are tools that let you record one message and then the AI personalizes it with the person’s name or other details before leaving a voicemail. You don’t have to talk to each person yourself. It’s still kind of new, but people are using it for outreach and follow-ups, especially when paired with GHL or other CRMs. If you want, I can share a few tools that are working well right now.
