Database Reactivation

Hello Austin! I have a quick technical question, I think i asked about it but I cant find it anywhere. If I want to do the pure performance based service, pay per scheduled appointments, I should:

Set up them new GHL sub-account
Shall I give them access to the lead and booking section? (of course not to the workflow for them to not copy it).
Get the list and run in this sub-account and hook it up with their calendar so they have bookings coming to their account? Is this the way would you do it?
