Midrange warmup —> 1v1 Get Action
Midrange warmup 1. 1 dribble angle out 2. Push cross pull 3. 1 dribble bounce out 1v1 get action, the constraint is you can’t score in the paint. You can see how our warmup translates to live play.

Thanks for video. The SSG approach is something I need to incorporate more into our trainings. Sometimes we get stuck just drilling out the skills, but need to do more of the game play so they can experiment with what we are teaching them.
Introduction
My name is Joe Good, and I'm the owner and operator of JGB Sports Facility out in Napoleon, Ohio. I’m excited to join this group, connect with other basketball minds, and share a bit about how we’re working to elevate player development and grow the game in our area. At JGB, our philosophy is all about blending structured, high-level curriculum with data-driven training. Here is a quick look at what we are doing to build better hoopers: - Targeted Skill Labs: We've developed a specialized curriculum that starts with our Fundamentals Lab. Once players master those basics, they graduate directly into our specialized programs like the Shot Lab (where we focus heavily on our shooting "Blueprints"), the Court Commander Lab, and the Finisher's Blueprint Lab. - Data-Driven Development: We believe in tracking real progress rather than just passing the eye test. We integrate tools like Dr. Dish shooting machines and the HomeCourt app, evaluating our athletes with a strict 1–10 scoring rubric to measure mechanics, footwork, and decision-making. - Community & Competition: We are big on keeping the competitive spirit alive locally. We regularly run morning Micro-Camps, Fall, Spring and Summer 3-on-3 leagues (Snake Draft every week, players have different team and earn points based off team wins, ties and team points) , and community events like our upcoming Hoops for Lane 3-on-3 charity tournament to give players a stage to compete and give back. We are in process of organizing our own digital community on Skool for our own athletes, so I know how valuable this platform can be. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you, sharing ideas on facility operations and training, and talking hoops. Here is a link to our JGB Sports Facility. I like to share this because we want feedback from others on how we can best improve our facility as well as our programming. https://www.jgbsportsfacility.com/

We do majority of ours through social media. I have many connections from my days of being Napoleon Boys Varsity Basketball Coach, so getting information out to coaches and school districts. I am a teacher as well, so many connections. Our 3 on 3 FIBA style leagues have been successful. I also run a 4-6th Grade Boys and Girls Basketball ball league in the winter that had over 60 teams in its 3rd year of existence. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. I think we provide great opportunities for kids to get better and truly enjoy the game of basketball.
All Big Man Workout This Morning
Had an elite workout with a high school team in the Philly Area this morning! We had 5 bigs (All 6'6+). It might have been my first team group workout with only bigs, I really enjoyed it. Excited for you guys to see it when we upload! How would you train all bigs?

I would go Hybrid. I have a daughter that plays mainly in the post on her High School team, but with the way offense is played she needs to be able to handle the ball and play on perimeter. Being able to space the floor with post players creates a ton more space. Would love to see some of that workout.
