I have an HVAC client that I want to run a Database Reactivation campaign for. I also include a review request in the message. With A2P and anything else that matters, how many contacts would you run through a day?
@Simon Mol (& @Amber Jones), these are great points. I'm trying something new with a couple new clients this time around. With this being newer, I'll take any tips you have. For this HVAC client, we also have a Referral and Rewards system we're hoping to get their customers signed up for. With that, the workflow looks something like this: 1. Tell them they can get a discounted checkup and cleaning before the colder season just by becoming a Rewards Member which gets them more discounts and free stuff. 2. They respond showing interest. 3. They get the sign up form to join the Referral and Rewards program which automatically gives them the certificate for the special offer. 4. My client's office manager gets the notification and calls the customer. If they don't answer anything, they're put in a workflow that pokes them a few ways to try and get an appointment set up for this check and cleaning. 5. Either way, once they sign up, they get access to their rewards to see what they can get with points they earn from referring others, using services, leaving a review, etc. 6. That message also asks them to leave a review for an extra 25 points towards the next reward. With this many contacts, I'm going to start around 100/day and stay in close contact with the client to see if we should increase the number or decrease it. We can always pause it and switch things around if need be as we go.
