Reflecting on the last decade
Here's mine:
2016 - 2026
What a wild ride. In 2016 I booked a one way plane ticket to India to do my first Yoga teacher training.
What a life changing trip.
- qualified as a Yoga teacher
- qualified as a Reiki Level I & II
- spent 3 weeks in hospital on an IV drip reading The Power of Now
- learned how to sit with my fear
- realised how different life could be
- took massive steps towards creating a life that felt more aligned
2026
I have just moved to Portugal with the love of my life. I feel deeply fulfilled in my work and grateful for the opportunities I have to work with amazing women all around the world. I live a clean and sober life and no need to numb my pain because I have learned to sit with it.
Tony Robbins said 'we over estimate what we can do in a year and underestimate what we can do in 5.' I think the last decade has shown me that in abundance.
