There is a new law for OH taking place and as you all know this is one of our key markets for closing deals. I just want to keep you informed of these changes yet keep in mind this does not apply to us and our OPTION AGREEMENT strategy as this only applies to wholesalers who act as THE PURCHASER and they are not.
