Getting Started
I've been telling myself I'll start Terz and TRT when I have a good routine of working out, but keep struggling to get there. Still to much alcohol and sleeping in is an issue as well. The T level quick guide seems like I should not weight though. WHEN TESTOSTERONE IS OPTIMIZED Energy often improves Body composition becomes more responsive Motivation and drive return Mental clarity improves Strength and recovery improve Libido and sexual function often normalize Mood stabilizes You feel like yourself again

Don’t wait, brother. Take one step at a time and before you know it you’ll be well on your way to your best self. Start with the trt and the rest will follow. Here is a quick recap of my time line. Started trt /dec 2022 Got in the gym June 2023 Established a consistent routine over the next year/ worked on hydration Started tracking calories and macros April 2025 Read an article on alcohol and fitness/ stopped drinking for the most part June 2025 Started working on my sleep November 2025 April 2026… jumped on tirzepatide to lose 5 lbs of vanity weight. Don’t go all in at once and you’ll be fine. It takes time, but time flys.
Army Officer
I've stayed fairley fit but had a lot of jobs that have not demanded my great fitness. Focused more on getting the email sent then the pt test maxed. Despite that I am not sure the pt test is the best way to test our general wellbeing. either way I am almost 200 lbs with a growing belly. I drink to much and need some motivation to get moving more. I'v ebeen doing BJJ on and off the past couple of years but really need to get stronger and shed the belly fat. I believe hte GLP1 as long as I really get into lifting, but concerned about TRT and heard that if you get on it then your body stops making it and you cannot get off.

What’s up brother! You can come off of TRT. There are protocols in place to help your natural production not stop completely. The thing is that you probably would never want to stop. I have a similar history…. Army and then a swat officer in law enforcement. It was the same story. I went from highly physically demanding profession to a notoriously sedentary one.

Hey! Great call today. Went over some questions related to GLP-1s and all the things that go with them... Enjoy!

Hey brother, I enjoyed the live Q&A. My apologies for having to drop mid-way through.
