After the 30-Day “Non-Negotiable” daily farmers walk challenge, I wanted something fun for us all to do together to kick the year off right. Not anything crazy. Just something to get us moving and hopefully kickstart all of our days. I’m thinking a 30-Day “Non-Negotiable” 100 reps of swings per day. Here are the rules for it… - Use a medium weight (I’m using a range of 44-62 lbs.) - 100 TOTAL reps of double hand swings - 10 seconds b/w rounds (time it to stay accountable) - Intervals I rotated with (20 sets of 5 and 10 sets of 10) - Do hip and t-spine mobility work afterwards if you can - Keep heart rate elevated for conditioning purposes, but not at expense of good form (proper hip hinge, powerful, and void of knee valgus + thoracic flexion) You in???
