Lets create ‘The Ultimate Sunday Reading List’ together!
I am curious to what is your LITERARY GEM TOP 5 that rewired your brain and transformed your understanding of the world? I’d love to hear about it! Here is my top 5 in order of discovery: 1. The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield: In The Celestine Prophecy, I found a first roadmap to spiritual awakening. Its exploration of synchronicity and energy dynamics opened my eyes to the interconnectedness of all things and the power of our thoughts and intentions. 2. A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle: Discovering A New Earth was like finding a compass for my inner journey. Tolle's profound insights illuminate the path to living in harmony with the present moment and awakening to a deeper sense of purpose and connectedness. 3. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho: The Alchemist served as a guiding light on my journey of self-discovery and fulfillment. Its timeless wisdom about following one's dreams and listening to the whispers of the universe resonated deeply inspiring me to pursue my own personal legend. 4. The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma: The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari offered a blueprint for conscious living and holistic success. Its practical wisdom taught me valuable lessons about prioritizing what truly matters, cultivating inner peace, and living with intention and purpose. 5. Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza: Becoming Supernatural revolutionized my understanding of the mind-body connection and the potential for personal transformation. Through his insights and practices, I learned to tap into the limitless power within and how to manifest extraordinary outcomes in life.

Community Game: I begin a story and you write the rest! :D
A man had serious relationship problems with his mother. She was always criticizing him, putting him down. So he started meditating until one day he discovers an inner master. He was a kind master, always showering him with praises and compliments. "Look at you you're so kind", "Who cares if people mistreats you, you have me!", "You're great! Bow to no one!". His mother would call him to help her with some chore, and he thought "Who cares about her, she's always so demanding and never gives anything back... I'll stay with my master". His friends would tell him "You're always so absent minded, didn't you see this perspective?" and he would reply "I have found the master, did you find it?" and the friends would look at him as if he was crazy. So he started drifting apart from society... Thinking that nobody was worth his attention, that only the kindness of the Master had any value in his life. He had always to put a mask on before speaking with somebody, to hide that uncomfortable sense of not being able to reach them truly... So he drifted and drifted, at any requests life gave him he'd take refuge in this master, trusting that at one point he'd be brought to some form of happiness. How does the story continue? :D

Eventually, the man grew restless. Even though he was always supported by his loving master. He asked his master why he no longer felt the peace and content he had once turned away from the world to embrace. His loving master told him a story. There once was a man who had found a cave of gold. This man grew so happy in his wealth that he hardly ever left the cave in fear that someone might discover the cave and take his riches. He grew restless and decided to go out into the world every day and share the wealth with those who he saw were in need. He discovered the value of sharing and using his hidden wealth with the World and grew in his heart and his influence. The master asked the man, what did you get from this story?
New Earth Intro
Written and read by me a while back. I feel like I'm still perfecting myself and recently realizing that if I never share anything I will never overcome my fear of being judged or rejected. Looking forward is a practice in itself.

I had a martial arts injury that I was working on and asked by someone else if I had ever used plant medicine with intention. I began gently incorporating it into a stretching routine before bed. That led to a spiritual experience that opened my eyes to a whole "other side" of life. From that point on I became far more disciplined with my meditation practice and have been looking to learn and serve in a way that fulfills me and others. There is much more to my story, and I would love to share with those who are curious.
