Has anyone completed the S&C certification through ISSA? How was your experience? Outside of ISSA, what other program would you recommend? I’ve been looking at CPPS & CFSC….any thoughts?

Coaches who work mostly with your everyday 40-60 year old people who are just trying to get back in shape and live a healthier life, what has been your experience translating what you've learned here to that population. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to expanding my coaching skills and tools to better serve my clients.

Nice to be in here ☺️ I’m a BJJ athlete but I’ve been into fitness a good part of my life so I decided to try and actually build something from my passion. I got some fitness certifications for personal trainer, fitness kickboxing trainer, general strength& conditioning coach certification, all ISSA. But I fell in love with S&C for combat sports (which helps me the most also being a combat sports practitioner myself). So my goal is to study more and learn about S&C in combat sports, mainly focus at the moment, it’s for my own performance in sports but also, eventually to build my own business in this and coach others. 💜

I am a man of God. A warrior for my family. And, a leader forged by discipline. Through Christ, I have strength, purpose, and the power to overcome anything. Blessed to see another day 🙏🏽☀️
