Hi Everyone, I’m Jake. I absolutely love martial arts and hope to train them until the day I die. Currently I’ve trained Tang Soo Do, a little Karate, Muay Thai/Kickboxing (which I fell in love with lol) and I’m also a beginner in BJJ. I also train various weapon arts such as Haidong Gumdo, Hungarian Saber, and hopefully soon European Longsword. I want to learn and understand as many martial arts as I can for as long as I can until the Lord calls me home through death. My goal is to develop and stick to an effective training regiment that balances skill based training in many different disciplines and strength and endurance training. I also hope to one day open a Muay Thai and Historical Fencing school of my own; so along the way I hope to learn how to be a knowledgeable, wise, and faithful coach. God Bless.

Welcome, Jake 🙏
Hi 🥰
Nice to be in here ☺️ I’m a BJJ athlete but I’ve been into fitness a good part of my life so I decided to try and actually build something from my passion. I got some fitness certifications for personal trainer, fitness kickboxing trainer, general strength& conditioning coach certification, all ISSA. But I fell in love with S&C for combat sports (which helps me the most also being a combat sports practitioner myself). So my goal is to study more and learn about S&C in combat sports, mainly focus at the moment, it’s for my own performance in sports but also, eventually to build my own business in this and coach others. 💜

Hey Marcelo, if counts, I’m almost never motivated, sometimes im too tired from work, sometimes I’m just lazy and combat sport it’s not easy on the body. I just stick religiously with the program and schedule, regardless if it’s about training or eating or going out etc and no matter how I feel, I get up and go train (unless I’m extremely tired). I always feel 1000 times better after training so that’s the best reward. Most ppl are not motivated, they just build discipline, you put in your mind the do’s and dont’s and stick with that
