Videos or stills?
On the surface I'd assume videos have an advantage over stills but of course they take longer to produce. I shoot ads with my camera for my clients yet my ads aren't showing me the results I necessarily want. Maybe that has something to do with our $10 a day budget but I'm not sure. Help!

You are your own client, how would you fix the problems of that company in the mirror? If I had that problem "I have video ads but they aren't showing the results I want" how would you handle that conversation? $10/day seems low. Would you suggest $10/day for any client running video ads?
Realtor Ad keeps attracting homebuyers instead
I've tested three different versions of a real estate ad designed to attract Realtors to my agency—but every time, it ends up bringing in home buyers instead. Here’s what I’ve already done to keep the messaging Realtor-specific: 1. Clear hook and CTA: Each ad explicitly calls out the audience — e.g. “Realtors: Get Your Realtor Chatbot”. 2. Direct opening line: The first line always addresses Realtors directly — e.g. “Are you a Realtor?” or “Dear Real Estate Broker,”. 3. Creative testing: I’ve tried multiple ad variations targeting Realtors and ran them through Ad Critic for feedback to ensure it would not be mistaken as an ad for homebuyers. 4. Aligned landing page: The landing page copy and visuals also speak directly to Realtors. I know we aren't suppose to use detailed targeting with the Andromeda update, but I’m still seeing Facebook deliver these ads primarily to home buyers. Question: What else can I do to improve this B2B ad and better “force” Facebook to recognize it’s intended for Realtors—not consumers?

Realtors can get some certs. Try adding ABR, SRS, SRES, RSPS behind the Realtor callout. That might tell the AI you want the profession of realtors, not people wanting to hire a realtor. Just look up to see if any of those are (R) or TM and add the icon if so.
