Just search for the name of the app the client is using and API. example: "Open Dental API" You're looking for API links under the Open Dental URL. (img 1) Then you take the link and pop it into your AI of choice and ask: "Can GHL Voice AI directly integrate with Open Dental? https://www.opendental.com/site/apispecification.html" After reading what ChatGPT said I had to find the GHL API and I asked if it could work with the url. (img 2). NOTE - You might want to include both GHL API link and the CRM you're trying to link to, to reduce the number of request. If you understand what the AI is saying then you can try it. Otherwise I'd suggest not attempting it or let the possible client know that it's the first time you're using API (and I can't stress this enough... USE A TEST API!!!! Do not test with their live data, you could cause permanent changes to their current data. Last thing you want to say is "oops" when their calendar is now empty for the month.)

I also noticed that it may require Open Dental API and Webhooks. I'm requesting some guidance on how to set this up. Will someone let me know if I am over complicating the set-up or if anyone has ever set up Voice AI for a dental practice using the offices scheduling software or added a way to work with the scheduling software and also staying compliant with PHI.

Considering charging an electrician in SC $2999 + $899/ mo for website build + Voice AI + chatbot + SEO Would you absorb phone + AI usage costs with the unlimited AI agent in GHL or pass it through on a package like this? The prospect is said its between me and a solid competitor. He sent me his loom pitch lol he liked mine a bit more but his pricing is 1200/mo for just website + SEO. He wasnt a fan of the 1200/mo pricing starting out since he's only been open for less than 2 years. I was thinking maybe unlimited AI agent and then passing phone usage onto customer however I would love feedback from the community on this.

I have checked the download twice for General Contractor Bot, and there does not appear to be any workflows attached. Is that correct? Do none of the bots have workflows?
