@Suzzie Woods I try to just move. I don't track steps or macros. I just eat real food, sleep 7-8 hours a night, and move whenever I can.

Last full day in Ibiza… and wow, what a reset. Being here during Stress Awareness Month has hit differently. Because stress isn’t just “feeling busy”…It’s what happens when we ignore the signals.
