Morning routine
I just wanted to say that I started the day with a bit of meditation which included gratitudes and affirmations along with breathing. I also hydrated before my morning coffee so feeling good and ready for the day. Wishing everyone a great day. 🙌

Anyone else feel like their head is constantly “on”? Phones. Work. Noise. Everything at once. One thing that’s helped me massively is getting outdoors and doing simple, practical activities. Not just talking about wellbeing… actually doing something. So I'm curious: What’s your go-to way to switch off lately?
