✨ Tomorrow’s Coaching Call is Almost Here! ✨
We’re talking about gentle self-care that actually fits your real life, not the all-or-nothing version that sounds good but never seems to stick. If you’ve ever thought: • “I don’t have time to do self-care right” • “If I can’t do it perfectly, why bother?” • “I start strong and then fall off completely…” This call is for you 💛 We’ll be unpacking how to move past the all-or-nothing mindset and find small, supportive ways to care for yourself that feel realistic, doable, and sustainable, even in a busy season. Before the call, take a few minutes to reflect: -Where does self-care feel hard or unrealistic right now? -What usually gets in the way? -What questions do you wish you could ask about self-care that actually works in real life? Bring those thoughts with you, or drop your questions in the comments ahead of time so we can dive right in together. See you there

Thinking about the assignment. I have always loved the verse about loving your neighbor as yourself, but here's what yesterday my neighbor would have had if I successfully did this, and gave them what I gave myself yesterday morning: Hi! I saved you 3 of the broken popovers - they're a little stale, but not too. You can't put butter on them, because it will make you fat, and please don't take too much of the cloudberry jam, because I'm saving it for my daughter and granddaughter. You look really tired, and I'm sorry about the power outage last night, but you promised you would go for a walk with the kids, and you need to do at least a mile. Yes, it is windy and hard to walk against, but keep going. When I put what I am doing for myself into what I would be giving my neighbor, there are some serious gaps...
Tiny Step🪴 Jan 9, 2026
Each Friday in this group, I’ll be sharing one simple “Tiny Step” you can take toward a little more peace and clarity, using small, doable actions. This is our first Tiny Step together. Today’s Tiny Step: Clean out your purse or everyday bag 👜 Take everything out, wipe the inside, and only put back what you truly use. Our bags can hold a lot, not just items, but clutter, stress, and forgotten things. After you’ve done this, notice how it feels the next time you reach for it. Does anything feel lighter, calmer, or easier? If you do this step, comment “done” or share what you noticed. I’d love to hear how this feels for you, and we’ll check in again next week.

I stopped carrying a purse about 25 years ago and only very, very rarely pull one out for a specific event. I love going purse free! I carry health cards and bank cards in my phone's case and my keys, which both fit into pockets, and that's it! The freedom is wonderful and my back no longer hurts.
