๐Ÿ“Š Itโ€™s POLL Time! ๐Ÿ™Œ
Weโ€™re starting to build up inventory for peptides. ๐ŸŽ‰ This is a BIG win for you because it means: โœจ Faster shipping โœจ Less waiting โœจ More products ready to go when group orders open To help us know what to keep stocked the most, Iโ€™d love your input: Your votes help us know what people are actually wanting most (instead of me just guessing over here with my Crio Bru and sticky notes ๐Ÿ˜‚โ˜•). Thank you for helping us build this the RIGHT way. ๐Ÿ’› ๐Ÿ‘‡ Which TWO categories are you most interested in?

The 4 Ways Your Body Asks for Comfort (And Why Food Became One of Them)
Every human nervous system is designed to seek comfort and safety. When life feels stressful, overwhelming, or exhausting, the body naturally looks for ways to calm itself. The problem isโ€ฆ most of us were never taught healthy ways to regulate stress. So our brain learns whatever tools are available. Food often becomes one of them. Here are four common ways the body tries to find comfort. 1๏ธโƒฃ Movement Your body is naturally designed to release stress through movement. Walking, stretching, exercise, even shaking out tension can help the nervous system reset. But when life gets busy, movement is often the first thing people stop doing. Without that outlet, stress starts building up. 2๏ธโƒฃ Connection Human beings are wired for connection. Talking with someone you trust, laughing with friends, or feeling supported helps the nervous system feel safe. But when people feel lonely, overwhelmed, or disconnected, the brain starts looking for other ways to soothe itself. 3๏ธโƒฃ Rest Sleep and true rest allow the nervous system to recover. But many people live in a constant cycle of rushing, working, and pushing through exhaustion. When the body doesnโ€™t get enough rest, it often starts craving quick energy and comfort. Food can temporarily fill that gap. 4๏ธโƒฃ Soothing The nervous system also looks for activities that help it slow down and feel calm. Things like deep breathing, relaxing activities, quiet moments, or time in nature can help regulate stress. But when those tools arenโ€™t available, the brain often reaches for the easiest soothing option it knows. For many people, that option becomes food. Why understanding this matters Food itself was never the real problem. For many people, it simply became the fastest way their brain knew how to find comfort. When people learn new ways to support their nervous system, something interesting happens. Food stops carrying so much emotional weight. And the relationship with food begins to feel calmer and more balanced. ๐Ÿ’ก Your body was never trying to sabotage you.It was trying to soothe itself.

The only time I reach for food for comfort is when I have hormonal migraines about 3 days before my period. Thank you perimenopause.
Why Retatrutide?
There are many, many resources where you can read about the amazing benefits of Retatrutide. This quick video done by a doctor in AZ describes it best. What did you learn after watching it?

I learned about GIP and the glucagon (3rd one). I find it interesting. Wondering if there is a peptide to help with insulin resistance and stubborn belly fat. I donโ€™t over eat nor do I have food noise.

@Diane Shephard I am so happy you have found this to be helpful. I just read the 12 page booklet and yes, this does sound like what I need. Off to read more. Thank you
