Hi I was wondering if it is possible to create forms to pull customers information from custom fields so agents reaching out could have access to the data in place rather than scrolling down the customer’s profile. In addition the form should be able to update information on these custom fields

I’ve had GHL within a package before and the products were DFY…. Somehow this community makes it seem more achievable with DBR and seeing others with wins.
