Hi I was wondering if it is possible to create forms to pull customers information from custom fields so agents reaching out could have access to the data in place rather than scrolling down the customer’s profile. In addition the form should be able to update information on these custom fields

One for the Brains Trust... Is there a way in GHL to create a form for internal use that prepopulates fields by selecting the Contact from a dropdown field? We want is so the team member doesn't have to complete details that we already have. It's for an onboarding process. TIA

I would like to know if there is a way to remove invoicing from showing up in conversations. I do not want my team to see the invoices sent to and by my clients. Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks
