Why Every New Hire Needs a 30-60-90 Day Plan
Bringing on a new team member? You need a simple 30-60-90 Day Success Plan. When new hires know what’s expected, they ramp up faster and feel more confident. Here’s the structure: • 30 days: Learn your systems, culture, and tools • 60 days: Contribute with support • 90 days: Take ownership with confidence Each phase should include goals, KPIs, and a clear path for feedback. Start by whiteboarding the plan, then document it as a workflow in your CRM so nothing slips through the crack. Your new hire doesn’t need guesswork, they need clarity. We’ve included a draft plan to help you kick things off.

Want to know what keeps a remote team genuinely connected?
If you ever jumped into one of our team calls, the first thing you’d hear is laughter. A meme in the chat. Someone sharing a quick win. A moment of gratitude before we dive in. We’re spread across time zones, yet it still feels like we’re sitting at the same table. Not because of tools. Not because of meetings. Because of connection. Here’s how we keep that connection strong: 1. We start with gratitude. One quick thing we’re grateful for, work or life. It shifts the energy immediately and helps everyone show up differently. 2. We overuse emojis. When you’re not across a desk from each other, tone matters. A well-timed GIF or emoji makes communication warmer, clearer, and more human. 3. We make space for fun. No-agenda calls. Monthly Fun Fridays. Time to celebrate wins and actually enjoy the people we work with. Culture isn’t built by proximity. It’s built by consistency, kindness, and a team that cares about how they work together. If you want a team that feels this connected , even while remote , your systems and culture have to support it. Both matter.

It sounds like such a genuine and fun way to stay connected.
If taking time off feels stressful, here’s why.
Most advisors aren’t worried about being away, they’re worried about what might fall apart while they’re gone. You don’t need to work harder to earn rest. You need systems that keep working when you step away. Here’s the simplest path: 1. Document before you delegate. If the process lives in your head, you can’t unplug. 2. Automate what can’t wait. Let your CRM handle follow-ups and reminders. 3. Appoint a decision-maker. Someone should know what they can decide without you. 4. Set expectations. Tell your team and clients what to expect while you’re out. 5. Unplug for real. You built the business to support your life, not the other way around. Freedom comes from structure. And you deserve both.

Simplify Your CRM with Simplicity Ops + Wealthbox
Your CRM is probably getting used every day, it just isn’t creating the level of clarity or consistency you want yet. Those small cracks in your workflows, data, and processes add up over time, and they’re the reason things feel harder than they should. Our Wealthbox webinar was created to close those gaps. In this training, we walked through: - Why small inefficiencies become recurring weekly frustrations - How to turn “it mostly works” into reliable operations - What a clean, centralized CRM actually looks like inside an advisory firm This session is complete, clear, and built to help you see exactly what needs to change so your CRM becomes a true operational hub, not another source of friction. Here’s to smoother days ahead.
