Well, it needs done...so you get to work and transform the chaos into a sparkling welcome room one thing at a time (or maybe you close the door and put it off for another day - lol). This is a good example of a reset framework which I read on a friend's post today. It was written for those who are starting again, but it can be applied to any messy situation in your business. 🔹 Reset — Step back. Make space before you move forward. 🔹 Reframe — You’re not starting over. You’re starting smarter. 🔹 Refocus — Let your values drive your next move. 🔹 Restart — Pivot if needed. Let feedback guide you. If you're a coach, you should be somewhat familiar with this or a similar framework. But, have you applied it to business problems?

I am developing a portfolio for my businesses and crafting a framework for long term growth and sustainability. I am more focused on building a brand, scaling it organically, develop a team etc. I am acquiring related businesses for my portfolio with a rollup strategy. Hi Community. If you click on the Classroom navigation on the top of your page, you'll see some course tiles. The first one is the Operation CEO Roadmap and where you should start if you're new to the community. The Roadmap is currently under construction and will consist of five foundational courses. Once we start having group calls, we will probably add some videos to the courses as well.
