Co-Working Circle Today - Productive!
Thank you @Laura Albers for showing up for the Co-Working Circle today at 0700 EST. We both got a lot done in our businesses. Co-working is not a chatty time. We check in at the start of the call and then we turn off our cameras and mics. We focus on the work we stated we'd do at the beginning of the call. At the end of the call, we turn our mics and cameras back on and check in with what we were able to accomplish. Focused time with a slant of accountability helps you get a lot done in a short period of time. If you're Level 3 or higher, I challenge you to come to our next Co-Working Circle. If you're not at Level 3, start a post and start commenting on other posts in the community. You'll be at level 3 in no time.

When you read this…
It’s time for this week’s 3-2-1 Create a new post with the following + your pic or a GiF. The goal is to reflect, envision, and claim while gaining support and accountability from the group. Write down 3 wins from 2025, 2 stretch goals for 2026, and the #1 reason you’re not going to up on yourself…no way, no how.

@Iris Ocariza I've got to do some work (co-working circle) on some slides right now, nut I will come back to this in about an hour.

My 3-2-1 Write down 3 wins from 2025: 1. I pivoted my business after losing 2/3rds of my previous monthly revenue. 2. I created this community which allows me to connect and support other founders while learning and growing from their collective experiences as well. 3. We sold our condo and now I live in an end-unit apartment with lots of windows that really make me happy. 2 stretch goals for 2026: 1. Grow this community to 1000 members. 2. Double my highest revenue month The #1 reason I'm not going to up on myself…no way, no how. I know I am capable of doing hard things, big things. I've done them so many times for other businesses. I'm not going to give up on myself because I want to continue to have the freedom to work from home, to take care of my dogs, to pack up and leave for a few days when there's a family emergency or event, to be able start work before the sun comes up or in the middle of the night if my energy dictates. I'm not going to give up on myself because I'm creating something more enduring and less volatile that work for one or two clients. I'm securing my financial well-being and the security of my family. And, I'm connecting with other women in action who motivate and challenge me, guide and correct me, push me when I need a push and pull me when I need a leg up. But I have to narrow this answer down to the # 1 reason. The # 1 reason is there is nothing standing between me and my goals. I have that mindset now.

@Laura Albers Two different kinds of busy. What is your goal for getting your December emails done? And your blogs? Congrats on crossing off your promo emails.

@Iris Ocariza Yes! Be seen. Create relationships. Let you voice be heard.
Sunday Check-In: What would you do?
If you only had five minutes today to do something for your business, what would it be? Why? Bonus: How do you think I’d answer this question for me?

@Iris Ocariza Remember the snail, the sloth, and the tortoise. We think of them as slow moving creatures. What they’ve mastered is forward persistent movement. Micro actions are often as important as the big ones.

@Laura Albers LOL - Mine? I’d make sure I talked to someone - phone, video call, or DM - not a pitch but a sincere conversation. No matter what business we're in, it comes down to relationships, offers, and CTAs.
Finding Your Voice
"As you find your voice, your people will begin to find you." - Russell Brunson Ok, so that's a cool quote, but let's tear it apart a little. It's not like the Field of Dreams quote: "Build it and they will come." You cannot create a website, an offer, or any part of your business and not talk about it everywhere. People don't just come. They come through attraction, relationships, and engagement. The purpose of my business and community is to create an environment that takes founders from chaotic operations to clear, confident CEO leadership through structure, systems, and precision. Finding your voice means consistent action, finding your cadence, discovering what you really, really like to talk about and then, finding the unique way you like to talk about it. You'll find that part of my voice in my posts and comments here and social media include stories/analogies. This is what you have to know to find your voice, so your people can find you: Without action, no one will know about your business. Without consistency, your people will scroll past your posts. Without engagement, your people may say to themselves, "I'll check it out later," and never come back. Without an invitation with simple steps on what to do next (CTA), you're just adding information to a busy scroll.
