Hey Visionaries. I've always got something brewing in the background besides coffee. Today, I solidified two important systems for my business: customer journey and organic lead generation. I say solidified because I had loose systems in place - you know the kind. You know what you want to do. You know what you need to do. BUT because it's not formalized, you add to it, forget parts of it, and eventually feel behind, overwhelmed, or frazzled. Ya, it's called the human experience.
