@Malik Catovic Hey mate appreciate the question first of all. Just asking is setting you 2-0 ahead of the competition. In your case early stage I would setup a welcome series of 2-3 mails and an abandoned cart mail with 4-5 mails and follow up, (Max 10-15% discounts) to start out with. Make sure you make them text only and write them in a POV of a brand employee to create affection and an emotional connection with the reader. When you get to 20 orders daily steady and 1K leads, at that point decide to scale up email marketing efforts, sms efforts as well and either take someone in house, or outsource to an agecncy that can scale you further, unless you want to put in a lot of time yourself, since from that point it's going to cost you a ton of time to optimize. In terms of a new product launch I would launch a popup asking for signups for the pre-launch of a new product and to be up to date first. Then you create a lot of hype. The day or evening before new product launch you send an email with pre-access to the ones signed up. They will buy and you can test your product page and if there are technical hickups, you can solve those before you go live the day after with the big bang! A lot of text, but I hope you can use it mate. Enjoy your day bro 👏

@Jasper Verberk In terms on how to set flows up check the video in the course that I have recorded. I would rank the most important flows like this: 1. Welcome series, 2. Abandoned cart, 3. thank you for order / post purchase, 4. shipping sequence + upsell , 5. browse abandonment, 6. Customer winback, 7. Sunset Flow, 8. Extra cross/upsell , 9. Site abandonment, 10. Evergreen content flow with backstory about the brand.

@Musta El When you are below 20 orders daily it's not needed to use those. It's only giving you more work and headaches. When you are above 20 orders outsource or in house team :)

@Lars Wuts It's a pleasure mate! Of course! What is the most important is not directly what you write, but how you write. So some staples to go by is: 1. Open with emotional triggers, 2. Make sure you pinpoint any pain points and solutions. 3. Push the offer and a direct CTA below. (make this compact in 4-5 sentences) Aside of this if you want to be informative, you can add more text below that explaining more in depth or the like, that's all good, but the buildup structure in the top makes the clickrate go highest. I hope you can use this! 😁
