You're paying a huge bill every year, but you probably don't even realise it.
I was listening to Alex Hormozi tell this story on Tiktok: "Years ago, I watched a man perform a curious calculation on stage. He wrote "million dollars" on a whiteboard and called on someone from the audience. The person earned $50,000 a year. The presenter then scribbled a minus sign and proclaimed it was costing this person $950,000 annually not to make a million each year. It was an eye-catching statement designed to shock." The point was clear: ignorance is expensive. We tend to count costs in terms of rent, food, clothes, and other tangible expenses. But this man argued that the real financial drain is not knowing—specifically, not knowing how to earn more. It's an intriguing way to think about opportunity cost. But can ignorance really be quantified this way? In many ways, yes. The gaps in our knowledge can limit our potential income far more than any line item on a budget. For many, the missing million isn't just about salary disparities but about unseen opportunities in personal growth or career advancement. The proposal is not merely to inspire recklessness in financial aspirations but to prompt a reevaluation of what we consider costly. Sometimes, the real barrier is the limitation of our own understanding. Investing in learning, developing skills, and broadening our perspectives can, arguably, repay in dividends that dwarf our regular expenses. So the biggest cost may indeed be ignorance, but more importantly, it's the choice to remain in it. The challenge is to convert the unrealized into the tangible, to shift understanding from a liability to an asset.

When Myron did this at the last FHL, I was totally blown away. What a powerful concept—not to mention a fantastic selling tool to help someone recognize the value of doing something they know is valuable.
The power of hypnosis to succeed in business and life.
Brian Muka and Louisa Jovanovich are amazing at using these techniques to help people prosper, win, and thrive as entrepreneurs, coaches, or service providers. They do it together using two approaches to help people elevate fast, feel invincible, and make money. I agree with Russell that hypnosis is of critical importance. I'll share how they are doing it. Brian Muka: As a former officer in the Navy Special Operations command Brian learned how to release fear of being killed or losing his men on the battlefield under the pressure of War. Louisa Jovanovich: As a teenager forced to take care of herself, pay her own way, and create her own prosperity Louisa figured out in a drug treatment center how to help people take care of themselves. What they do together is use hypnosis and fear release strategies. This works together. 1) Hypnosis comes when the person is able to relax and slow down their brainwaves. Louisa does this as a celebrity stylist in LA working for Paul Mitchell with famous people who often melted down. 2) Fear release comes when the person finds their own breath practice. Brian does this through his work studying directly with Wim Hof, being in ice baths, and a lot of plant medicine work. The power of the mind to release itself from being in control is the secret to the power of hypnosis. What I found myself is that my mind wants to trap me into believing things that are not true. For example that I need to be afraid that I won't succeed, can't do it, and will always struggle. Because that's never true it's a matter of making this shift using hypnosis to succeed in business and life on your own terms slowing down your own brainwaves and releasing your fear through breath.

This is great Larry! Our mind and body get in the way of our success and a technique such as this can help someone get over that barrier. Once we can free our minds, the sky is the limit!
Be Kind, We Can’t Rewind ⏪
We live in a world that moves fast—sometimes people seem to zoom in and out of our lives almost in a blink 🏎️. It’s easy to think, “Well, I’ll never see them again” or “This moment isn’t that important.” But here’s the truth: every single interaction matters 🌱. While I was listening to the Marketing Secrets podcast, Russell reminded us of the importance of being kind and genuine with everyone we meet, whether they’re here for a moment or a lifetime. Imagine each interaction as a single thread in a larger tapestry. Some threads may appear briefly, while others stay woven into our lives for years. Yet each one adds color, depth, and meaning🪡. There’s also a simple, but powerful thought to consider: you never know who might come back into your life. Today’s brief encounter might become tomorrow’s trusted friendship, partnership, or even lifelong connection. People remember how you made them feel 🥰. The kindness you show in those small moments leaves the greatest impact. It’s a good reminder: be kind, because we can’t rewind ⏪. No one gets to hit a redo button on how we’ve treated others. In every exchange, big or small, we’re leaving a mark, shaping someone’s impression of us, and maybe even shaping their day. So, go make each interaction count. Not because we’re expecting something in return, but because choosing kindness builds a life we can look back on with pride and without regrets. Kindness isn’t just a “nice” thing; it’s a powerful force. Let’s make it our superpower. 💪🌟 Be kind, we can’t rewind. Every moment is a gift, every person a potential blessing, and every kindness a ripple in a world that could use a little more light ✨.

🔥When Imposter Syndrome Follows You Home 🔥
Imposter syndrome isn’t just a business struggle; it shows up in parenting, too. It’s that nagging feeling that you’re not measuring up, even when you’re giving your best. But here’s the truth: You don’t need to be perfect—you just need to show up with heart and consistency. 👉 Why Imposter Syndrome Is Lying to You: Your family isn’t looking for perfection; they’re looking for you. Imposter syndrome tricks you into feeling like you’re not enough. But every small act of love, support, and guidance you show is proof you are exactly who they need. 3 Ways to Fight Back 💥 1. Acknowledge Your Wins – Small victories matter. Did you listen? Encourage? Show up after a long day? These aren’t “small” moments; they’re proof of your commitment. 2. Redefine Success – Forget the flawless ideal and focus on being present. Your unique heart and strength are what your family values. 3. Get Fierce About Self-Belief – Challenge those negative thoughts and replace them with reminders of what you bring. You’re growing every day—and that growth is what inspires your family. HINT: Use these same Ideas to win the battle in business too!

This is excellent @Joe Pomeroy! I totally agree with you that showing up with heart and consistency is the way to get past feelings of inadequacy and deficiency that might derail or progress or out sense of peace or belonging.
