Saturday, I played 20 games of pickleball. I probably lost 7 lbs of water weight. But gained it back after eating 4 chicken burritos, 2 raspberry Krispy Kreme doughnuts, 1 carrot cake muffin with crΓ¨me cheese frosting and 2 cans of a&w root beer which they provided after the tournament. (My 2nd cheat day this week) I played 8 games from 9A-12AP in my regular ladder league. Went 4-4. The director ask if I could fill in the round robin tournament from 12-4:30. Like a dummy I said yes. Went 6-6. Lost last 2 games because I was exhausted. Otherwise I would have had a winning record if I won just one more time. Compiled a 10-10 record in 7.5 hours. Not bad for an old, overweight soon to be 55 year old with osteoarthritis in both my knees. Didnβt take a pic of the results for the morning league. But you can check my DUPR if you think Iβm lying lol Although I am falling behind, donβt count me out of the running just yet. Iβll ramp it up after these 2 days of rest.
