Shout out to @Jayson Nitish Bhadye He has been doing good on the program since started, but had tough personal situations going on at the start. So we were always being adaptable, building habits, learning about how to navigate nutrition and learn more about lifting And Now..... The standards he is setting himself, especially this week is NEXT LEVEL 💪 Keeps hitting 3 - 4 sessions consistently and constant Personal Bests 💪 If not training, he is hitting cardio or multiple walks through the day 💪 MUCH better habits with food and pushing the program around socials 💪 And his step count is never below 10k now We have seen good progress so far, but great progress is coming
