Should've been a $9000 check. I was told to DRIVE AROUND.🚗 Which I was already doing (sales gig at the time, which I hated). I was MOTIVATED!!! Wife was preggo, kid on the way (Love you Chloe♥️). Money was T I G H T, so I couldn't spend all day driving around. I had to find a house that LOOKED like a deal. Wish I had the "Driving for Dollars" guide when I started back then. Would've SAVED me countless miles, hours in a hot car (no A/C), 30 arguments with my Wife saying "It's NOT going to work!". I didn't GIVE UP though. ...and after scouring the streets 40-11 times, BOOM, a house caught my eye. It was UGLY.🏚️ (and vacant...the BEST leads) I FLET it immediately. I knew I had something good.
