Outlook Deliverability
Hey everyone, How are you guys achieving high inbox placement when sending Outlook/Microsoft mailboxes? Specifically: - What inbox placement percentage are you typically seeing when sending to Outlook? - Which mailbox provider are you using? (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP provider, etc.) - What has made the biggest difference for your Outlook deliverability? Would love to hear what's working in 2026. Thanks!

Minimum budget for cold email to get proper results
Hi everybody! What would be the minimum budget that I should spend on cold email to get proper results out of it? By proper results, I mean at least 4-5 booked meetings/month. I have around a 1000 bucks, but don't want to spend all of it on it. Also, is there any other outreach channel that would give me better results than cold email for the same budget? @Jay Feldman

Yes, you can definitely test cold email with a $1,000 budget. Your offer and ICP matter far more than the budget. What are you selling?
One of our members holds a 10% reply rate. It is not his copy.
One of our members sells healthy snacks to offices. Every customer he has came from cold email, and he holds a 10% reply rate on it. On some campaigns it runs closer to 20%. Everybody assumes a number like that comes from the copy. It does not. His emails are short and plain. It comes from his offer, and it is the best offer I have seen in a business like his. Reply to one of his cold emails with any interest at all and he ships you a real box of snacks. Free. Everyone else in his market attaches a PDF. You cannot out-write that. Nobody picks a whitepaper over a box of food turning up at the office. The catch is that an offer that good costs him money every time somebody says yes. So the question stops being how do I get more replies, and becomes who is worth sending a box to. That is where the targeting has to carry its weight, and it is the part almost nobody does. SIGNAL CAMPAIGNS... Imagine somebody just gets hired in HR, staffing, or any role that deals with on-site staff. These moments, those employees are HIGHLY likely to be open to a new snack solution for their team. Just say "What are you currently doing for snacks for your staff?" ... GAME OVER! So the question is not what your lead magnet should be. It is what has to have just happened at a company for your offer to be the obvious next thing to arrive. Work that out and you have a list worth paying for. Here is the full write-up, with his dashboard. If you would rather we built this for you instead of building it yourself, see whether you qualify

Love this. The offer is what creates the response, but the trigger event is what creates the timing. Most people spend 90% of their time on copy and 10% on targeting, when it should probably be the other way around.
⚡How I Make Claude Write Elite Copy
Most people use Claude like a slightly smarter Google Doc. That’s why their copy still sounds generic. Here’s a simple prompt framework I use that instantly makes scripts, landing pages, and ads sound 10x better: 👉 The 3 Voice Protocol Instead of asking Claude for “better copy”… I make it write in 3 completely different styles from copywriters I respect. Voice 1: The Street Fighter (John Carlton style) • punchy • aggressive • high urgency • attention-grabbing Perfect for: short-form videos, hooks, ads, cold outreach. Voice 2: The Anti-Hero (Ben Settle style) • polarizing • relationship-driven • conversational • strong opinions Perfect for: emails, personal brands, community content. Voice 3: The Strategist (Dan Kennedy style) • logical persuasion • authority-driven • premium positioning • high-ticket trust Perfect for: landing pages, offers, VSLs, consulting. Now instead of getting ONE version from Claude… You instantly get 3 high-level angles. And honestly? Usually one version massively outperforms the others. I used this recently on a short-form script rewrite and the difference was insane. Same idea. Completely different feel depending on the voice. If you want the full prompt: Comment “PROMPT” below 👇

💰The Highest-ROI Hire I Never Made
The best copywriters I've worked with all had one thing in common: They were slow to ramp. Before they could write a usable ad, they needed to absorb: - Brand voice - Worldview and beliefs - Offer mechanics - Buyer language - Market context Then 6 months later, they'd leave. We manage hundreds of thousands in monthly ad spend, and that cycle just didn't scale. So I stopped hiring writers and started building systems. Specifically: one Claude project. I trained it on the same things I'd train a copywriter on: - Humanization skills - Tone of voice - Worldview and beliefs - Signature phrases - Content generation rules - Ad scripting frameworks - Niche-specific market knowledge The same onboarding process. Except it took a weekend instead of six months. Since then, we haven't needed a single revision. If you're still hiring for copy at scale, you might be solving a training problem with a hiring budget. Comment "SKILLS" and I'll send over my curated Claude Code skills, commands, and agents.
