How do you deliver Claude Code agentic workflows to clients?
Quick question for anyone building with Claude Code / agentic workflows: When you build automations for clients, what’s the cleanest way to deliver it? Do you: build it in your own setup then transfer? or build it directly in the client’s setup from day 1? And what does a proper handover look like (files/docs/process)? Would love to hear what’s working for you guys.

@Hicham Char But that means literally installing claude code in their pc and build there from day 1? Maybe you did not mean that and I missunderstood you, sorry if that happened. I was thinking more of using github to push the whole product once it is finished and install and pull it from there in their set up and use it in their environment. What do you think about that? I am also new at this and haben't handed yet any workflow so I'm sure if my solution is the proper one.
Paying for API credits in claude code?
Hi! I've been learning claude code for two or three weeks now and at the moment I have only used it by paying for credits for tokens usage. But I am right now taking the 10-hours course that nate took out and he always talks about using the monthly subscription. I've tried to ask even gemini and google it's difference and which option is the best but I can't find the answer. The problem is that I am afraid that with the pro subscription (17€/month) I would run out of credits but the 100€/month subscription is too much for me to pay at the moment so I don't actually know what to do.
n8n or claude code?
I've been learning how to use n8n for almost 5 months now and, in fact, I have an actual server running my automations. The problem here is that I have also seen a lot of people changing from n8n to claude code. I don't want to make the change now and after that kick myself for not continuing building in n8n, so that is why I write this post. My long term objective is to learn how to make money with AI selling this services to businesses or customers, and I am afraid of losing all the progress that I made just because of the explosion of claude code and these agentinc AI tools. Which would be the best way to combine both of them (n8n and claude code) in order to build this automations the most effective way? Or is it actually worth changing completely to claude code even though I would let n8n behind?

Then, I am actually going to lear claude code but without leaving n8n, I'll use it as a mid-fase between the change

Thanks you all for the help, I've read through all the messages and now I'll try to respond all of them in this message. The only problem is that I actually did only one project in n8n, so I only built like 3 or 4 workflows but they are part of the same system and it is a content curator app. I used claude code to make the workflows ready for a web app and told claude code to build the app and connect everything. I must say that it is impressive how fast I was able to actually build everything, in fact this week I am having the first meeting with a friend of mine who is interested in buying the service that I created. Right now I am starting to whatch the full 10-hours course of Nate about claude code to learn more about it in order to be able to take advantage of this tool the best way possible. I tried what you all proposed, combining n8n and claude and the results are amazing: I am like 1-2 weeks far from closing my first client paying 150€/month for my service and after that it would be my time to start looking for new clients and resell the service. The service, as I said is a content curator architecture that uses real examples from your chanel, specific rules of each content creator and analyses long videos to extract clips based on that specific rules, it is actually opus clip but telling him exactlly what to look for and showing what worked and what failed in the past. If anyone is interested in knowing more about it, feel free to ask!
Need some help for guidance.
Recently I have been working on a project in which I created a workflow that would take creators videos or even youtube videos, analyze the transcript and based on a database with rules and examples form the past, and AI model would extract a few clips that matched perfectly the criteria given in the prompt. After that I set up a discord server for my first trial client which is a friend of mine and in fact the AI processing has been improving and addating better to what my client liked. The situation that I find myself is: the client could be trying the system giving me feedback but I don't know how or when to actually sell this. The problem is that I have been working on this project for more than 3 months now, I haven't sold anything created by me on n8n yet and I don't really know if this workflow could have been the best one for a complete begginer. Just 4 months ago I literally could not drag a single node and connect it propperly. So my question now is: What should be my next steps? Should I try to focus all my attention on this specific project and try to sell it as a SaaS? (consider that opus clip is only 30$ a month or less) Or should I try to expand into other niches or workflows to start selling faster? I just want to start actually have a real bussiness or something tangible for the first time and I feel a bit lost about which direction should I go now, and I really want to take action and build great success over this activities in my life. pd: sorry if my english is not perfect, I'm Spanish but I tried my best.

@Hammad Khan Thanks! You are right, it seems better tyo sell it as a premium service rather than a commodity. So that is what I will try to get.

@Hasibul Islam Thanks for your advice! So then, starting small by just making the workflow work and get real results from the beggining seems to be a great aproach. Yeah, I also feel more comfortable selling it as a more private service than a commodity so as not to compete with any big funded company. At the moment it only works as a content curator, it doesnt edit videos at all but I'll wait to implement it because I still need to confirm that this system is getting only great clips for my first clients. I'll be updating you on how this goes, thanks again for the support, it actually helps a lot!!

@Muskan Ahlawat Thanks for your advice! I will try to have as much hands-on experience as I can on building these workflows To automate them, which would be the best way, maybe using claude?
