Back from a week in Cyprus. Weight training this morning and tonight. Still can’t run due to a hamstring strain but keeping it going as best I can.

3 runs with long run to come on Sunday. Challenge is the dark and cold in the early morning. Proud I still got it done.
Wellness Wednesday
Do you feel guilty when you have rest days or are you comfortable that it’s part of the process?

Resting all weekend after doing 50mile weeks for the last few months. Had a bad few runs recently and worried. I am over training. Also need to look at how I fuel when running. Always just kind of just winged it but think now I am ruining more I need to work it out.
