I’m Jason, Stephanie’s husband, and I’m a Personal Trainer who focuses on helping clients with mobility and posture improvement. I discovered the importance of mindful breathing a few years ago and have been practicing it daily ever since. By taking conscious breaths rather than simply breathing automatically, we can make incredible changes in various areas of our lives. I’m so excited for Stephanie to be sharing this valuable wisdom with all of you. It’s truly powerful when applied consistently. I only hope that you can give this practice a chance to see how it can positively impact your lives!!
