@Matthew Hook this would probably be my choice too honestly. I used to get way too caught up in what other people thought of me, then realized it was as all just me projecting my own thoughts out there on them. Truth is, most people aren’t thinking about you nearly as much as you think they are 😂
Take one conscious breath.
Before you do anything, take one conscious breath. Every single thing you do throughout the day pause first. Breathe. Recenter. Remind yourself that you are here, now, fully present. That one conscious breath pulls you out of autopilot and brings you back into creation mode where you’re no longer living from old patterns, but choosing from awareness. If you want to take control of your life, start here, one breath at a time. 🌬️

Stress
Anxiety is getting worse with me and im not sure where it is coming from..hoping this will help..writing down in the journal when my heart races hoping it will help

Mindful breathing really helped me with my anxiety. Catching yourself becoming anxious, noticing that it’s happening, taking a deep breath, and shifting your thoughts from what could go wrong to what could go right has certainly helped!

I’m Jason, Stephanie’s husband, and I’m a Personal Trainer who focuses on helping clients with mobility and posture improvement. I discovered the importance of mindful breathing a few years ago and have been practicing it daily ever since. By taking conscious breaths rather than simply breathing automatically, we can make incredible changes in various areas of our lives. I’m so excited for Stephanie to be sharing this valuable wisdom with all of you. It’s truly powerful when applied consistently. I only hope that you can give this practice a chance to see how it can positively impact your lives!! I see my future self having the courage to start a community like this one for my personal training, and am using many of the techniques Stephanie demonstrates here to bring myself to do it!
