[FREE] - Grab My B2B Audit, Needs Analysis & SoW Slide Deck
I charge AT LEAST $800 to carry out an audit, needs analysis & scope of work before I take on a client. If you don't place value on your time & skill set prospective clients won't either. You get what you pay for. Pro B2B sales tip: During the FREE discovery call let the prospect know that the audit, needs analysis and SoW is an essential part of your consulting process and is a paid service. If the prospect borks at paying for it, thank them for their time and move on. This is the slide deck I use for that paid work. Make a copy, add your own branding, logo, colours, fonts etc and make it your own. I've added notes to each slide outlining what you need to include. Make it relevant to the audience you serve. Level up what you provide to clients. They'll pay you more. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1acg--fqYJ1U2_vIRhQmMjwrr0mAjOL8TH5hwR0iXawg/edit?usp=sharing
Impersonation Alert, Need Your Guys' Help 🚨
Hey everyone, I need your help. There are two fake X (Twitter) accounts impersonating me and TrueHorizon AI, and they're promoting something called “TrueHorizon Coin”, this is NOT real, and I have nothing to do with it. Please take a moment to report both of these accounts for impersonation: - https://x.com/TrueHorizonAI - https://x.com/NathanHerkelman I’m not active on X, which is why this happened. My real X account is @nateherk. Thanks so much for your support, really appreciate this community! 🙏

App / Tool to Manage Client Projects
Hey everyone, what's the go to tool/app to manage multiple client build/projects? Or does the client need n8n themselves for their projects to run? Thinking Agents as a Service model. What's best practice to manage client projects etc

Thanks @Valentin Ffrench I appreciate your advice here. Q: how is the project deployed client side using the n8n project feature?

@Valentin Ffrench Awesome, makes sense. I don’t like the idea of having all client data in my instance. Single point of failure. Separate client instances it is. Thanks again. Appreciate your knowledge and willingness to share.
My Learnings After 1 Year: 50 Projects, 20 Regular Clients with n8n
#Introduction I'm Rodrigo, a programmer with over 20 years of experience based in Texas, USA. After completing my AI & Machine Learning Masters, I launched an AI Agency focused on AI Agents and Automation, and for the last 6 months specifically focused on n8n for businesses generating $1M+ annually. #Key Insights Ideal Clients: Companies with 10+ employees earning $5-10M yearly. You'll work directly with owners (shorter sales cycles) and find better opportunities to improve processes. Best Acquisition Channel: LinkedIn - easily identify decision-makers, engage with their content, then connect with a friendly (non-sales) message. Share valuable content before suggesting demos. Sales Approach: Offer a Proof of Concept (POC) during meetings to demonstrate practical solutions to specific problems. Product Focus: I excel in just three revenue-generating solutions (marketing, sales, customer service), all Ready-to-Deploy. This allows for faster implementation and unified improvements. Pricing Model: Monthly fees outperform one-time setup fees. They provide continuity, prevent "starting from zero" each month, and eliminate friction around maintenance charges. #Clients to Avoid: - Companies under $1M revenue (require foundational work) - Businesses with undefined processes - Those expecting AI to solve cash flow problems - Clients without existing, functioning processes #Operational Tips: - Automate your internal processes - Keep onboarding and support initially manual to better understand clients - Invest in help desk software (I use the open-source solution from https://frappe.io/helpdesk) - Implement professional workflow monitoring (I use n8ops from https://www.n8ops.com) which gives me unified visibility across all client workflows. This has been transformative for proactive maintenance and quick troubleshooting, dramatically reducing downtime and improving client satisfaction. - Focus on rapid value creation (30% of my new clients come from referrals)

This is exactly what I needed to read today. So much value in this. I'm new to AI Agency but not to business. Your sales approach holds true to just about every business I've owned. Congrats on your success to date @Rodrigo Santos
