Are you planning a January launch?
For many of us in the coaching world, January feels like our Superbowl month. People are motivated, hopeful, and ready for a fresh start. Which makes it an amazing time to support them with new offers, challenges, and ways to step into their next chapter. I’m curious how you’re approaching it this year. Are you thinking about: 🌟 Running a challenge to build momentum and community? 🌟 Hosting workshops to warm people up and show your style of coaching? 🌟 Creating a mini program to help people start the year strong? 🌟 Or inviting people straight into your signature or big program? There’s no right way to do it. Just the way that fits your energy, your goals, and your clients. So tell me… What’s your January plan? And do you feel ready for your Superbowl moment?

Picking a Niche Because it Pays, You have Experience in it, or you Love it??
As I was checking out the "20 Mega-Niches" in a post @Adrian Ordonez had made it got me thinking. What is or has been your deciding factor on picking a niche? Sometimes coaches are told to pick a niche where the money is, where the people are, or where their passion lays.... What about you?

@Jorge Navarro Wow, that really seems broad as far as "personal coaching". Absolutely agree that people need a lot of help. I find that sometimes people don't know the help they need so there's work in connecting what we do to what they perceive themselves as needing.

Finally a Paying Client!!
Signed my first paying client today. 12 weeks @$5K . Almost had a 15K (4 leaders at a company), but was postpone to after the new year. Only took 3.5 months, a lot of no shows, but several potentials wanting me to call back.

@Jim Marsh That's amazing! Well done. What's been your method of getting people onto calls? Have you been doing organic, networking, paid, etc to bring people in? So excited for you!
