So close, but yet so far
I am so close to being covered on average. I still need to worry about insurance so can't retire just yet. I also want to double this so I am completely covered in case half the properties go to $hi7! :) LOL

@Alex Saucedo veterans administration. I used a VA home loan which is 0% down for veterans.
