@Michel Ribner I have never made to Houston. I know a lot of people invest there and I should add that to my visit list.

3 properties 1 year ~$221k

2 days left in 2025 and Dec is already my best month! My 4th property is at ~$14k + and started in Oct 2025. So Gross for the year is $235k. Net is around $75.

@Hans Nelson :) LOL Thanks man. I am still doing the W2 to build it up to $400k. Then I think I can comfortably leave the W2 without worrying so much..
