Tiring Voices
I got a question. Is it just me or does anyone else get tired of their relatives or friends voices? Hearing their voices over and over again, talking, laughing, yelling over and over. It gets so bad that like I go to another room and just listen to music trying to calm myself down because of how overwhelming it gets. Not only that but on top of all that my mood is like at the bottom, im either upset, annoyed or mad when it happens. And like it happens more often that I think, and now that I think about it its not just voices either just generally tired of them? I dont know how to put it but i jst wanted to ask if it happens to anyone else.

oh that absolutely makes sense, at times, if you hear someone's voice too much, you'll get tired of it
Brain fog isn’t normal. Here’s why it happens (and how I’m fixing it).
A lot of people I've talked to (including myself) have been struggling with brain fog and midday crashes. Disclaimer: The following isn’t health advice. It’s just an idea of what I’m implementing in my life to combat brain fog. You can take a few things from this or nothing at all. What causes midday crashes and brain fog in the first place? - eating meals high in refined carbs - dehydration - caffeine crashes - poor sleep - being sedentary for too long - mental overload - chronic stress Here are some little habits you can implement to achieve mental clarity that lasts the entire day: general daily habits - journal - offload anything on your mind - allow time to let your mind wander throughout the day - avoid large carb-heavy meals - drink enough water!!! - when it’s time to focus, focus. eliminate all distractions - move your body during breaks morning - short morning walk - 1 cup of water in the morning - balanced breakfast with protein + fat evening - stop scrolling before bed - consistent sleep schedule - dim lights before bed

It’s Never Been Seen
I've never seen anybody who tried hard every single day fail. If you try, you get. If you don't have, you didn't try. 100% accuracy.

Limitation
The belief in a limitation is all that's in your way.

Yes 100% - what holds people back most of the time is limiting beliefs and if you're self-aware enough to know that, you have the power to change
Not sure about myself rn
Broke up with someone I gave a lot of space in my head last month - (pretty sure that my subconscious has moved on from it). + Recently have been going between hyper-confident ‘On-top-of-the-world.’ And near pessimistic/ nihilistic ‘You’re nothing *blah blah’. Overall not sure of my direction, and seeming like I am just drifting aimlessly at the moment Side note - I’ve been focusing on myself/ my guitar. + I’ve really been overanalysing about any/ all interactions with this person from an art class we share. Note 2: days feel extremely long, and time feels wierd.

Hey Spencer, just keep moving forward. It's fine to alternate between those two states like you mentioned, but you have to just keep doing things and you'll find your place - it really sucks but don't let it drag you down
