Your Definite Purpose
"All success begins with definiteness of purpose, with a clear picture in your mind of precisely what you want in life." - Napoleon Hill Hey Everyone!!! I hope you're doing great today. I wanted to jump in and bring up question that I believe is the key to unlocking your success in any area of your life. It's what Napoleon Hill would call your "Definite Purpose." I posted a video below from me talking about discovering your Definite Purpose. Step #1 - Please take 2 minutes and watch the video right now Step #2 - Take some time to write out your Definite Purpose, and post it in the comments below. Step #3 - Read other people's Definite Purposes, and drop them some feedback and encouragement! Thanks everyone!! Russell Brunson P.S. - Here are some other AMAZING related Napoleon Hill quotes to help inspire your as you define your definite purpose: =========== "I don’t know why it is that when a man decides what he wants, the whole universe seems to come to his aid to see that he gets it." - Napoleon Hill =========== "The principle of psychology through which you can impress your definite chief aim upon your subconscious mind is called Autosuggestion, or suggestion which you repeatedly make to yourself. It is a degree of self-hypnotism…" - Napoleon Hill =========== "There is no hope of success for the person who does not have a central purpose, or definite goal at which to aim. Ninety-eight out of every hundred of those whom I have analyzed, had no such aim. Perhaps this was the major cause of their failure." - Napoleon Hill =========== "Set your mind on a definite goal and observe how quickly the world stands aside to let you pass." - Napoleon Hill =========== "There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge. Both poverty and riches are the offspring of thought." - Napoleon Hill =========== "Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything." - Napoleon Hill

@Sean Ardizzone its a matter of personal preference but for me I found it scary because it made me think of demons ... but that's my imagination pulling into the emotion of fear .. SO IT WORKS !!! However, I don't even get into halloween or scary movies because I just don't ... so you really cant use my perspective to make a decision on what other really relate with .... 🤷‍♀️

Lately, My youngest daughter has become quite the lover of stories. Every night, it’s the same routine... 1 or 2 stories, brush teeth, and off to bed. Now, she enjoys story time so much that we constantly find her going to her bookshelf, grabbing a book, and plopping down in our laps for a read. The other day, I even caught her flipping through a book all by herself! It amazes me how, even at such a young age, she’s so FASCINATED by stories. And as I think about it, stories follow us throughout life. The POWERFUL ones... they stay with us… shape us… and can either lift us up or break us down. This got me thinking about how storytelling has shaped my own life… Years ago, I learned the true power of storytelling when I applied for a scholarship to study abroad in Italy. All they asked for was a story about how attending ACC had impacted my life. Easy, right? Except... I’ve ALWAYS been terrible at writing! I mean, English was my WORST subject, and every paper I turned in came back with a Big Red “F”. I was used to getting Cs and Ds on my papers, and now, here I was, needing to tell a story. Not knowing where to start, I just told MY story. I wrote about my life, how I got into the fire service, and my journey toward becoming the best version of myself. The story was long, 6 or 7 pages, but I felt GOOD about it. Weeks later, I got an email that changed everything: “Congratulations! You’ve been selected to receive the scholarship award!” Out of hundreds of students, my story had stood out, and I learned a valuable lesson... It didn’t matter that my grammar wasn’t perfect or that I had spelling mistakes—it was the story that made an impact. Stories matter. Here is How You Can Apply This: We all have stories. Whether you're writing an email, a sales page, or even sharing with your audience—your stories matter. Here's how to apply the power of storytelling in YOUR life: Speak from the heart: People connect with authenticity. When you tell your story, it doesn’t have to be perfect—just real.

As I was reading your post, I just got imagery of three things ... that i am certain to add in my materials - a person's hand writing in a journal ... (written words on the page say ... "well I have to start somewhere, so here I go ..." - a hand placing the first (completed) journal on a new but empty bookshelf ... (perhaps an IKEA or DIY bookshelf) - an older hand placing another completed journal within their personal home library (many filled bookshelves in the background in an elegant at home office or reading room) ...

@Jon Pakula thank you for the inspiration to get this vivid imagery inside of my head. These pictures are so vivid that I can see them to the utmost detail which is why I had to share. Perhaps the reason children are drawn to stories is because in our humanness, it reminds us that we are on an incredible journey… And we don’t know all the twist and turns or even how it will end until we get to the last page … And even then, sometimes, it ends with a cliffhanger… Allowing our adventures to continue...
Why Failure is Your Biggest Asset
Most of us have heard @Russell Brunson 's stories about the potato gun, working with Tony Robbins, and setting a world record for sales on stage. They're great! But my favorite story is when he's hanging Christmas lights, fingers going numb, moments away from ruining the holidays for everyone... because he failed. I don't relate to filming in Home Depot, befriending the top person in personal development, or speaking to a stadium full of buyers (not yet anyway). But I can relate to that heavy weight on your chest. That burden that somehow also makes you feel so hollow and empty. I can relate to being glad I'm alone in the silence of snow, the numbness in my fingers less painful than seeing the faces of everyone counting on me... everyone I've let down. You see, the hero has to fall... or they cannot be a hero. If Russell's story ended that day on the ladder hanging lights... he wouldn't be the hero of Funnels. He wouldn't be the person we're all so excited to learn from and study under. But the story didn't end there. He pressed forward... despite the weight on his shoulders, dismissing the pain of the moment, and determined to find a way. What makes you the hero of your story is the decision to rise above the fall. The commitment to get back up and keep moving forward. It's what makes someone like @Rosa Medina a hero as she chose to outgrow her small town of 10,000 and be a force of hope in a world wide community. It's what makes someone like @Jon Pakula , already a hero as a fire fighter, who chooses to never settle, and instead find new ways to grow and serve - a hero. It's what makes @Michelle Leith who broke her neck getting in a pool yet brings love and joy to this group; @Brandon Hunsaker who unites his parents in what's possible; @Bryan Switalski and @Noelle Switalski who are the world's greatest givers; @Lea Ann Perkins who is a mother to 8 children, and still finds time to serve a community of driven women; @Sys Savanh who's able to travel the world with his family while educating his young boys; and so many others in this community... heroes.

Hello @Calvin archer Kate - i’m curious, what are you currently working on?

Hi @Calvin archer Kate
From Learning to Doing: The Fastest Path to True Achievement 🚀
We all start as learners 📚. It's a non-negotiable step in growth, but have you ever noticed that being a professional learner can become a trap? You soak in knowledge but somehow stall when it’s time to take action 🤔. In my own journey, I realized that learning alone doesn't drive results—it’s the doing that unlocks real success 💡. Becoming a practitioner of what you've learned is where the real magic happens ✨. It’s the catalyst that transforms knowledge into outcomes 🔑. Learning is the spark, but practice is the fire 🔥. When you shift from absorbing information to applying it, you’ll find that action is rocket fuel for your goals 🚀. I encourage you to ask: Are you stuck in the cycle of learning 🔄, or are you ready to practice and achieve? 💥 Moving from learning to doing is one of the reasons I was inclined to become a Prime Mover 🌏🦾 … and yet I still find myself with much to learn and I'm not ashamed to ask for help transitioning from FireHose 💦 to ClickFunnel 🗣️🤑. Hang in there, fellow Tribe members— we’re all in this together 🤝✨. As for me, today I'm seriously checking out the Funnel Builder Marketplace to consider what I need to help me out!
