I'm baaaaaaaacck
Hello beautiful humans! Just when I was getting into a posting groove on Skool groups other than my own - I ghosted... and it was for vanity purposes. 😭 Backstory: When I first joined Skool, after hitting the milestones, I changed my handle to my LLC name @brooklynpencil without realizing (paying attention to the prompt) Skool only lets you change your handle once. 10000% my fault cause its pretty clear. Over the past few months I’ve been consolidating business things reevaluating how I want to show up here and online as a whole. Brooklyn Pencil is my VA business. But shouldn't be tied to my communities here. So since I already used my 1 chance, the only way to fix the handle situation was to create a new personal Skool profile, transfer ownership of my communities, and then rejoin all the groups I’m part of. (I emailed Skool support several times. They would not budge! ) So yes… a little annoying, a few learning curves, a bit sad too cause of the short posting history I already had on my original account, a total vanity preference, PLUS i had to re-fulfill the requirements, but I'm back up and running and my @ handle on Skool is my name. Mission accomplished. Hire a VA is still growing and doing its thing. We’ve got a solid group of Virtual Assistants inside the community and the goal is still the same: connect business owners with reliable operational support. If you’re drowning in admin, operations, inboxes, reporting, scheduling, or the million small tasks that slow your business down… I probably have a VA for that. Good to be back in here. 👋🏾

Why Most Offers Don’t Sell (It’s Usually Not the Offer)
One thing I’ve noticed over and over again when people try to sell an offer… They skip the foundation. And when the foundation isn’t there, selling feels really hard. People start wondering why no one is buying, even though they know their offer could help people. Usually what I see looks something like this: • The offer keeps changing • The price changes multiple times • There are no clear deadlines • The offer is a little vague or confusing • People aren’t totally sure what they’re actually getting And when people are confused… they just don’t buy. I’ve watched this happen over and over again with community owners, while at the same time I’ve been selling almost every offer I’ve created on Skool. The difference isn’t luck. It’s the foundation behind the offer. Sometimes the offer is too small. Sometimes it’s way too big. Sometimes it’s unclear who it’s really for. So even if someone might want it… they hesitate. The good news is this can be fixed, and it’s not nearly as complicated as people think. There are simple systems and processes that help you figure out the right offer for your community members so they say: “Take my money. Yes please.” It’s not rocket science. But once you understand how to do it right, it becomes rocket fuel for your business. That’s exactly why I created Offers To Launch.🚀 Inside the community, I help you: • Create clear offers people actually want • Build a sustainable pricing strategy • Use proven launch structures so selling feels natural If you struggle with: • Deciding on the right offer • Pricing your offer with confidence • your offer without guessing • Or you already have an offer but aren’t sure how to sell it This community was built for you. Inside Offers To Launch you get: • Access to all current courses and future courses • Interactive trainings designed to create real results • Free DM support from me if you ever get stuck • A community of entrepreneurs who are done playing small • Monthly group Q&A calls with training and support

Love how you make it all so clear, Mona! Thank you!

My win testimonial is for a new riding student of mine that has only been riding a few weeks and she has progressed in her self talk this week. She gets down on herself (as we all do) so horse riding is a way she can practice giving herself grace bc anything equestrian is hard! She planned out realistic goals and I am proud of her! Part pf my job as an equestrian coach is developing the whole rider, not just the skills.
