Joe, when creating a persona, what should I use for "keywords and phrases"? I am a recruiter focused on IT. Should I use generic IT phrases/words, pain points of CIO's/CTO's, recruiting words?

I love the concept of creating personas! This is one of the best features of EVYAI. I have successfully created a few using the "quote" strategy - just brilliant ideas. Looking for suggestions to improve my base business personas. I followed the excellent suggestions to create a base business persona based on elements from my LinkedIn profile. The issue is that when I use this persona, the content sounds robotic and speaks at a level of English that does not sound like anyone I know. It is way too formal and obviously an AI-generated response. This is a problem I always had with CHATGPT. I use EVYAI for comments without hesitation, but I am not confident in my ability to create posts yet. I have read that most good "copy" uses an eighth-grade level of English. I'm not sure that is what I need, but the point is that I never speak like a robotic PHD. @Joe Apfelbaum (or anyone) What tips do you have for softening and/or humanizing a persona? Thanks!
