It gets ruined when one slip turns into: “Ahh I’ve messed up now… I’ll start again Monday.” 🚨 If you slip up this weekend… DO NOT write the weekend off. Reset immediately. Hour in the gym this morning, long dog walk then off to the football. Normally that would mean multiple meals out. Got lunch prepped then treating the kids to a pizza later. No beers either 💪🏻

Food has been ok for a change but struggled to get the exercise in this week. Steps etc have been ok. Been tracking my weight daily and seeing a consistent drop so not the end of the world. Ready to attack next week, hopefully without any snow

Win - first 5k run for about 2 month Loss - it was a huge struggle to get around! Will go again tomorrow and I know it will be that little bit easier
