My physical health and fitness
I'm checking in with the group to let you guys know where I'm at and what i'm thinking. For my benefit and yours. hopefully it helps . I've been off of all testosterone and peptides for 5-6 months, I was lowering the amount and cycling on and off for the last couple of years because of testing and I also was preparing to get off. I have successfully done it. My mental health is great, my sexual health is great, and my weight was great until about a month ago. I started gaining weight and I decided to get my metabolism and homones going by lifting weights. So I'm about one month into a natty power building bulk.. I would say its a lean bulk but I havent been that concerned with food. I still don't eat sugar. My plan going forward is to begin to get leaner by restricting my calories while maintaining protein to keep the new muscle I'm putting on. I'm making a commitment to become lean and hit a peak of about 8-10% body fat in the spring. This body transformation is part of a bigger plan. Fuel and energy for my goals in 2026 that include this group. What can I do to help you guys add body transformation to your life in the coming months? Do you want a challenge, resources, training call? Should we offer paid coaching? Or maybe we can include this into the paid group we are going to open "High Table". Let's talk more about it on my training call next week.

@Dominque Pittman I completely understand what you're going through, job wise. I work 13 days straight with 1 day off. I work 10 hour days but I'm gone 14 hours a day. Right now, I've been doing crunches, push-ups, knee benders and stretches in the mornings and evenings. The gym would be better, but honestly. I'm too exhausted most days. Good luck to you

I am working to build a lean body and regain my flexibility
I'm Still Here
Good evening. I had a little set back but that won't deter me from my goals. Unfortunately, I was involved in a hit and run a little over a week ago. I'm good. Nothing broken or too serious. Just got banged up prettygood. The aches and pains are starting to go away. But at least I stayed true to my commitment. No Dr Pepper or whiskey for a whole month. 👍 I'm looking forward to the next challenge.

This has been a challenge. My mindset is stronger than what it was. I just needed a push from others. With my physically demanding work schedule and this commitment, I am exhausted. Nevertheless, I'm going to make it to the finish line. I'm looking forward to 4 days off. Lord knows my body needs the rest.

@Alan Belcher strengthened muscles surrounding my knees. Which have relieved the majority of the pain I was dealing with. Less back pain, ( until the hit and run ). My stamina has increased and I'm down 25 lbs.
Day 10
Morning, Warriors. Hopefully yall had a good weekend and a better Saturday night than I did. Congatulations to the two young Warriors on their victories Saturday. Let's just that my new dilemma is deciding whether or not to get a new or used truck. I did have a great Sunday though. Also, I've lost 18 lbs in the last 6 weeks and I'm very happy about that. I felt my waist was smaller the last week and a half, so I was curious to know what I now weigh. I started at 242 lbs 6 weeks ago, and I'm now at 224 lbs. I'm only 5"-5", so that is a lot for me. My next step is to get back in the gym this week. With my work schedule and the physical demands of it, I just couldn't do it. I feel I'm now at a point to where my body can take it. I will start with 3 days a week and see how my body feels. I'm in this for reals fellas! My goal is to be at or close to 200 lbs by year's end. Reading about the challenges yall have and how yall are pushing through is encouraging to me. I'm no professional fighter or athlete, but nonetheless. Keep pushing forward my brothers. Build your mindset along with your spirit and body. It's a new week and let's conquer it. 💪 ✌️

11/7 Check In
First off, I do apologize for not posting a daily check in. I've never been one for posting much. I guess I should do better and I'll make an effort. It's day 7 with no Dr. Pepper and I threw in ( or should I say threw out the whiskey along with it ). Talk about feeling the desire for both. However, I have resisted the urge, the want and the need to drink both. Not that whiskey has been a problem. It's just something I enjoy in small quantities these days to just relax. 4 out of the last 7 days I have done crunches, push-ups and the good old stretching routine in the mornings. I have come to realize that it is a must since the job I'm currently on requires I do a daily climb up of 160 ft, at a minimum of 4 times a day. It has helped me improve alot. Or so I feel. I've worked the last 12 days straight and tomorrow will be the 13th day. Then Sunday will be a day of rest. Albeit only a rest from the daily climb. I'm not complaining, only explaining, lol. I'm nowhere near where I'd love to be, but I will get there. Well, thanks for reading and keep striving.

@Alan Belcher that and the stretches. Not until I've gotten older have I realized how important it is to stretch daily.
