Y'all know I've kept away from the online fitness world for a long time now. I don't know who is who or what is what anymore. This is good. It keeps me happy and level-headed. There’s a guy I just found on YouTube who focuses on 50yo+ training who recommends a β€œTricon” rep method (3 explosive then 3 with a static hold then 3 much slower reps). Makes sense to me on face value as there’s research on how TUT helps with muscle retention/ growth as we age….

My poll the other day showed some signs of a heart-beat despite the glassy-eyed zombies in the audience. Good news: there's enough interest for me to move forward with a few short 20-45 minute video and/or audio sessions. Here's my question to you: πŸ‘‰ Which topic catches your fancy? Perhaps some thoughts on overtraining? E.g. Are you better training every day but at lower intensity (greasing the groove concept) over 40?
