Junior Developer remote work in Thailand?
Hey gang, Do any devs on here know about how possible it is to do client/contract work for junior type full-stack software engineer positions in a remote way? Or is it more suited toward experienced pros? I was a product manager for a decade+ and this year transitioned into software development, but the market here is pretty shot-to-pieces with not a lot of opportunities, and so I am looking to expand out to potential remote work abroad (obviously I would love to work in Thailand!) However, I am in a bit of a grey area where I have plenty of experience working in the tech field, but not a lot of actual practical hands-on dev experience. I have created loads of portfolio projects and even done a small amount of client work here in the UK, but none of this is really that 'established' work that looks good on the CV. I need support from senior devs that I can learn from to understand what is right and wrong, but outside of that, I am very self-sufficient/starter and a quick to learn stuff. My tech stack is React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Rest APIs, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, etc. Any help would be appreciated! Any questions, please let me know.
